We're expanding! If you've been following our progress, you know we've begun an expansion on our existing building. We're bursting at the seams, and more people are showing up at every service! Our photographers are working hard to snap some photos each week so you can keep track of what's happening. It's very exciting to watch our body grow and change! Here's our church yard before construction. Big changes are coming, though! Scroll down to see how we've progressed! Week 1 This was our dirt work phase. We had to get all that dirt out of the way to make room for the foundation for our new addition! Week 2 Here is our terrific construction crew laying our foundation! It's pretty darn cold out there, but they're working hard for us! Week 3 No pictures this week, but it looked a lot like week 2! Week 4 Check it out! We've got a floor (more or less). Week 5 This is more like it. We can actually walk on this! Week 6 The walls are going up! Week 7 The roof is on, but we're still working on those interior walls! Week 8 Windows and doors this week, plus the start of a roof! Week 9 A bigger church means more people, so we'll be improving our septic system, too! Our roofing has arrived, too, and will be put on shortly (next week, maybe)! And here's some inside shots of the wonderful guys who are running our electrical (plus some awesome shots of their work)! Let there be light! Week 9.5 Here's more shots of our wonderful crew, and in the pictures below you can see that they're starting on the roof and siding! It's starting to look like the rest of the church now! Week 10 The siding is almost all the way up, and the guys are putting insulation in the walls! Week 10.5 They started hauling in the drywall this morning, and they'll be done hanging it by Monday! Here's some pictures of the ever-changing interior of the building, and a couple of shots of our faithful drywall guys! It's looking great! Here's the light we photographed in week 9. It's all growed up now (it's got a bulb and everything)! Here are Chris and Dave, working diligently as I type this! Week 11 The drywall is all up, the roof is on, and we even have gutters! Some of the following photos are a little boring (drywalled rooms, oooh), but use your imagination! Soon we'll have paint and flooring! Week 12 Nothing much changed, so we didn't take any photographs this week! Week 13 Lots happening this week! We're painting this week, and there's actually solid ground connecting the addition to the pre-existing ramp (see the picture of the door below - there used to be a big hole there)! Here's where we're going to connect the two buildings: In a couple of weeks, we'll be able to see our current Family Room through this space! We'll be knocking through this wall starting on March 8th! Week 14 The painting's just about done, and we're installing toilets and flooring! I know pictures of toilets aren't really exciting, but last week these were just holes in the floor! Oh, and the heat is on (hence the picture of the heating duct). Next week: KNOCKING THE WALL OUT! Our planned new addition is highlighted in yellow in the image below. This construction will provide approximately 2000 SF of additional space, and it will enable us to have our nursery on the same level as our main Sanctuary. We will also have additional restroom facilities on our main level. These additions will provide seating for 50 more people at every service! Check out our progress each week!

Week 1
This was our dirt work phase.

Week 2
